Position 1: Incoming Quality Control Engineer (IQC Engineer)
1. Control 4M change (Machine, Man, Material, Method) and quality improvement from suppliers
2. Coordinate with purchasing department to monitor supplier quality performance and regularly audit Supplier to make sure they can supply material or part with consistent quality and on time.
3. Issue and monitor complain to Purchasing and Supplier through SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request)
4. Participate the activity to help Supplier improve quality and reduce the cost of COPQ.
6. Summary quality weekly/monthly/yearly report
7. Other duties as assigned.
Position 2: In process Quality Control Engineer (IPQC Engineer)
1. Daily production issues troubleshooting (based on analysis/input from QA)
2. Identify areas for improvement based on cost analysis and capacity constraints (including yield, efficiency and material consumption) and address by structured project-based approach
3. Standardizing working methods, processes and materials for production
4. Customer service concerning complaints in the area of restraining, correcting and preventing actions
5. Conducting statistical control over processes and statistical analysis (Pareto based high reject areas identification, cause and effect analysis)
6. New product and material approval (customer/approver for R&D/PE)
7. Handling of nonconforming material/product (including Quality Functional Tests for nonconforming materials and Waiver Request for nonconforming products)
8. Supervising QC operator responsible for Control Plan measurements and basic Line Audits
9. Conducting internal audits, supporting third-party audits
10.Providing product/process quality training for production staff
Position 3: Out-going Quality Assurance Engineer (OQA Engineer)
1. Control inspection output performance out going quality control .
2. Analysis of inspection result and feedback supplier to improve quality
3. Manage final product quality, process out going quality assurance FA/CA (Final analysis / corrective action).
4. Manage and improve product inspection standard based on customer requirement.
5. Be responsible for validation of measuring equipment by cooperate with Calibration section.
6. Training for subordinates for product specifications, standards and measuring equipment operation
7. Participate and support to prepare for Customer audit, QMS Audit and documentation...
8. Summary quality weekly/monthly/yearly reportJob requirement:
1. Bachelor's /University degree, major related to Mechanical, Engineering, Automotive..(Oversea graduated will have an added advantage).
2. Working experience: preferably at least 5 years of working experiences in the similar position.
3. Able to communicate in English.

6. Have knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Problem Solving skills
