Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Day-To-Day Operations
• Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep Company accident-free
• Make sure all of Employees compliance in accordance to policy, rules and regulations
• Regular or timely meeting to all of MFG engineers, supervisors and operators on all aspects of internal or external issues
• Regular checking of all operational records in accordance to IATF, ISO9001 & ISO14000 system
• Make sure production area is well organize in 5S.
2. Production
• Make sure production output meet production planning for both Utilization and Efficiency.
• Control Work In Progress (WIP) always at optimal level.
• Regular checking of all parameters of CNC program, machines setting...
• Proactive in improvement activities to reduce scrap and increase productivity.
• Arrange manpower to optimize production cost (including OT)
3. Engineering
• Responsible to solve technical and quality issues by develop new technical solution such as new CNC program, trial new tooling, new fixture or new machines.
• Responsible to increase productivity by methods: Simplize, Rearrangement-Eliminate-Combine
4. Maintenance
• Daily monitoring to make sure machines was kept clean and find trouble in prior by 5 senses (color, lighting, sounds, textures and smells).
• Ensure proper TPM for all the machines base on schedule.
5. Process Management
• Make sure all of products was made in accordance with latest Process Management Plan (PMP).
• Supporting to PE and QA in develop new products from Drawing review step to last process.
• Manage material review board (MRB) to ensure proper disposal of material discrepancy
6. Organization
• Update of manpower strength, roles and responsibilities, function and position
• Manpower planning update to ensure meeting the headcount budgetary
• Update Job Description for all positions.
• Implement rotation to get multifunction manpower for the company
7. Reporting
• Direct report to OM or GM
• Proactive in daily meeting to make all of attendants understand the situation of Manufacturing site for Output, Scrap, Utilization and Other
• Provide and presents monthly KPI report with action plan to achieve settled target.

JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Male. Age: 35 - 45.
2. Degree holder or above, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing or related disciplines.
3. Working experiences: At least 10 - 15 years and above with solid experience in production of which preferably over 5 years at managerial level.
4. Solid experience in mechanical, electrical or precision manufacturing.
5. Communicate well in English.
6. Deep knowledge in ISO 9001/14001, IATF16949.
7. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System experience.
8. Experience of managing Profit & Loss responsibilities for manufacturing
9. Strong leadership, confident, quick action and logical thinking.
10. Dynamic, honest and with ability to work under very high pressure.
11. Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-tasks.
12. Able to work at team-based and individual-based level.
13. Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough and transparent.
14. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
