Job requirement:
1. Have good knowledge about main material characteristic.
2. Able to analyzes and researches materials to develop new kind of material for better quality purpose and cost down purpose.
3. Able to use all of analysis equipment in Lab room (from preparation testing sample until analysis)
4. Manage Lab room and make sure all of euipment are calibrated.
5. Be responsible of incoming quality control, especially for raw material incoming. Co-operate with supplier/sub-con to stabilize and consistency of incoming material
6. Together with related departments in-house to investigate the quality issue related to material (dimension, hardness and other typical of material) to solve quality in-house
7. Liaising with customer to determine design requirements related to material, and come out with suggestion to be fit with in-house production condition
