Mô tả Công việc
- Meet owners / developers and M&E consultants to present solution of HVAC system
- Follow up with customers’ feedback to give advice on technical specifications
- Make proposal for both new and existing projects: Replacement, Retrofit, Performance
- Guarantee, Energy Savings and Control system.
- Work with sub-contractors about contracting cost, delivery and fulfillment schedule
- Penetrate market of installed bases of Trane and competitors to develop list of high chance projects
- Prepare sales and order forecast and reports
- Meet personal target of yearly Booking and Revenue
- Report to C&C Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Background: University degree of HVAC, understanding Control system.
- Experience of HVAC and basic knowledge of Chiller is an advantage. LEED AP certification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of cost and savings studies incorporating energy conversation measures.
- Ability to work independently with all levels of customers, especially working with Owner, Developer, M&E contractor/consultant
- Good capability of all English skills
- At least 4 years experience
