A day in your life might include:
• Develop and implement innovative design solutions for a range of merchandising materials, including in-store displays, product packaging, and online promotional content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand and translate business objectives into creative strategies.
• Continuously research and stay updated on current trends in design and merchandising to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
How to succeed in this Role:
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in merchandising design or a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating strong creative skills.
• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to effectively understand and connect with team members and target audiences.
• Exceptional design skills, with proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
• A keen appreciation for business value, understanding how design impacts the bottom line
