Typing, photocopying, compiling, sending, and filing of correspondences and documents.
Assigning filing reference codes and sequences for incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Responsible for receiving and opening mail, including receiving facsimiles.
Maintaining original records of all incoming and outgoing documents.
Handling incoming calls and occasionally screening calls on behalf of managers.
Keeping records and updating purchase requisitions from suppliers.
Performing any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications: 3rd - Final year student or fresh graduate.
Experience: Related working experience is an advantage.
Specific Skills / Abilities:
Must be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good English skills: listening, writing, speaking, reading.
Personal Qualities:
Able to communicate with all levels.
Able to work under pressure.
Hardworking, willing to learn, and possess initiative.

Salary: VND 2,700,000/month for part-time or VND 5,500,000/month for full-time.
Contract duration: 2 months
