This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Business Partner located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and handling performance management. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with departmental managers to understand their HR needs, providing consultancy on HR issues, and developing strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

• Proficiency in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
• Experience in handling Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Skills in Performance Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the entertainment and media industry is a plus
