- Plan, purchase, schedule, and monitor electronic components through the complete production cycle using MRP
- Execute to an approved forecast and utilize MRP for planning component purchases to support the manufacturing plan while maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Determine and manage potential shortages by analyzing build schedules, shortage reports, on hand inventory reports and supplier delivery information.
- Ensure accuracy of the vendor part master and vendor lead time data.
- Control and Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Analyze inventory trends and make suggestions to prioritize, expedite or push out open supplier Pos
- Proposed inventory strategies to optimize the relationship between product lead times and inventory levels.
- Negotiating with suppliers to fix purchasing conditions including contract/ price/ delivery date/ payment terms/ tax issues/ material specifications and so on
- Controlling and administrating purchasing activity from several aspects.
- Coordinate with related repartment for document/ procedure relating to Purchasing, PO, delivery time, control suppliers
- Create purchasing reports
- Others jobs upon request of Manager

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ English or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English and able to work as a team player
- Knowledge in MRP/ERP, knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
- Experience in NPI planning would be an added advantage
- 1 - 2 years experience in material planning field
- Must be PC literate in spreadsheet and knowledge in production planning
- Able to work independently.
