V-Green Global Charging Stations Development aims to invest in a robust charging infrastructure that prioritizes supporting VinFast vehicles and advancing Vietnam's leadership in electric vehicle charging stations.

OVERVIEW: Build and control budgets & plans for payment expenses to partners/internal departments. Be the first to review and collect documents related to payment records for cooperative partners and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile and make correct, sufficient payments to partners/internals according to regulations and Contracts.
• Negotiate with partners to ensure the best benefits for the company.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (IT & accounting) to control risks during system operation.
• Check and make payments to partners who are premises owners, franchise partners, cooperative partners, electricity, internet and other service providers.
• Create PR/PO according to regulations to ensure timely payment budget for partners
• Report on work according to the requirements of employees and periodically according to regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Foreign Trade..., or related field
• At least 2 years of payment accountant/data statistics control/payment reconciliation (priority given to those with customer service experience and having worked at large companies/corporations)
• Knowledge of data synthesis management, supervising reconciliation implementation: Reconciliation according to arising requirements, according to periodic reconciliation progress, controlling reconciliation implementation process
• High sense of discipline, serious thinking and perception; fair, determined to fight against culturally inappropriate behaviors
• High sense of responsibility, daring to commit, decisive, urgent - showing courage and initiative in work, undertaking all assigned tasks and being respected by colleagues
• Creative spirit, progressive, continuous learning
