What you'll do:

As a Senior Accounting Manager, your role will be pivotal in managing the daily operations of our accounting teams across two major cities. You will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, manage various aspects of accounting such as accounts payable/receivable, inventory, cash flow forecasting, asset management, and general ledger reconciliations. Your leadership skills will be crucial in mentoring team members and aligning them with the department's vision.

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the accounting teams in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end closing activities
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, inventory, cash flow forecasting, asset management, and general ledger reconciliations
• Provide operational support and solutions to the business
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and headquarters policies
• Identify and implement improvements to company processes and regulations
• Regular business travelling is a must
