- Campaign Execution:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional media and offline activation.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo OA, LinkedIn) posts, sales kit, POSM, and website copy.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce high-quality, visual-appealing marketing materials.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Analyze the digital customer journey and user behavior, provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Brand Management:
- Support the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Customer Engagement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion consumers (KOCs) and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Manage CRM tools to enhance customer relationship management and marketing effectiveness.
- Engage with customers and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Platform Operation:
- Monitor and maintain Karavan platform to ensure optimal performance and uptime of product display and other platform assets.
- Execute personalized marketing campaigns using customer data from the CDP
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with the Tech support team to resolve them promptly.
- Cross-function Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional team (Category, Sales, Growth, Product, CS...) to align marketing efforts with sales objectives including:
- Liaise with other departments and coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the eCommerce or FMCG industry with proven track record of effective brand and campaign execution
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
