Mô tả công việc
- Taking in and recording the information and tasks assigned by Operation Director to the departments. Coordinating implementation and monitoring daily progress in order to report to Operation Director
- Receiving designation and policies from Operation Director, developing implementation plan, and reporting progress to Operation Director
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the company's financial condition and business situation as well as competitiveness on the market.
- Proposing tools, training plans, and new technologies to improve the company's brand image and enhance service quality.
- Reviewing information, files, and documents before presenting them to the Operation Director
- Translating documents and conversations from Vietnamese to English for Operation Director and the company's partners and clients.
- Preparing and arranging Operation Director's business trips, including without limitation: visas, flight tickets, accomm Operation Directorations, temporary residence, work permits.
- Coordinating with other departments to develop plans and presenting them to Operation Director for approval regarding the company's collective programs, conferences, etc.
- Assisting Operation Director in welcoming the company's clients.

- College or University Degree
- Proficient in English (above toeic 750)
- Creative, active, ambitious
- Ready to work under pressure
- Have team work spirit and ability of working individually
