Viettonkin JSC is an investment and legal consulting firm with 15-year experience working with

many multinational corporations, including Fortune Global 500 and VNR500 firms, and several

international NGOs. We have a dynamic team of professionals offering up to decades of experience

of delivering Legal & Investment Advisory, Accounting and Tax and Translation and Localization.

In order to meet the demand for the development of the company, we are recruiting personnel for

the Business Development Intern in Hanoi

Duration: at least 4-month internship

Type of working: Hybrid (on-site at the Hanoi office 3 days per week, and work from home for

the remaining days.)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform primary market research and market survey activities through emails, cold calls and
• site visits;
• Perform competitor research on a domestic and global scale;
• Build competitor, partner, and customer databases (by Excel file);
• Conduct email marketing, website marketing, and social media marketing campaigns;
• Take part in business sourcing & business matching projects;
• Execute partnership building and email marketing campaigns under guidance from
• supervisor;
• Prepare marketing materials (project proposals, presentations, sales and marketing toolkits
• in various formats – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Canva, etc.)
• Have the ability to work under pressure and complete different tasks on time (multitasking)
• Prepare and ensure efficient reporting and task preparation upon assigned by Line Manager
• and CEO;
• Other preparation tasks are assigned by Line Manager and Senior Leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Business/Business Administration/International
• Business/Economics/Marketing or equivalent degrees..
• Excellent command of English language (04 skills);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Candidate must be service-oriented, result-driven, and willing to handle challenging and
• tough assignments and workload;
• Flexibility, resourcefulness, and enterprising characteristics;
• Must have aptitude in delivering pitching, attractive presentations and reports;
• Must have Experience with CRM tools;
• Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook,
• Notes…)
