This position is expected to successfully develop client portfolio, including new and existing clients, and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the personal sales target and contribute to achievement of the team’s annual revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Deploy the entire sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of sales target
- Conduct a various way of generating and qualifying leads and prospects
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects including research, initiation of contact, meetings, responding to RFPs, new business presentations, accurately maintaining Willis Towers Watson CRM
- Actively identify opportunities to work with colleagues to maximize cross selling opportunities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Willis Towers Watson
- Support in negotiation with insurers to get the best offers
- Prepare technical proposal and placement for assigned clients
- Verify all contractual documents prior to binding the contract with clients
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Willis Towers Watson guideline and procedures
- Other tasks assigned by HOD.
Job Requirements:
- University degree
- Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point
- At least 03 years experience at similar role either in client management or business development in B2B industry
- Knowledge in Insurance is a plus
- Good problem solving, time-management and negotiation skills
- High integrity, good communication and presentation skills
- Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
- Excellent consultative selling skill
- Be able to work under high pressure
