Mô tả công việc

Grow sales with existing customers and expand the client base in channels such as bars, lounges, hotels, restaurants, events, and also individual/retail customers.
-
Manage a portfolio of up to 40 customers with scheduled weekly visits.

Identify and approach new potential clients.
-
Understand and anticipate customer needs, build long-term relationships, and meet expectations in line with company policies.

Collect market insights, consumer trends, and customer feedback.

Support marketing activities and product promotion.
-
Participate in networking events – represent the company’s image and PR efforts.
-
Comply with company sales policies, including discount and incentive programs.
-
Provide realistic 6-month sales plans.
-
Forecast customer consumption for 3 to 6 months and coordinate with management to ensure product availability.

Submit weekly work plans and monthly sales forecasts to the Area Sales Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc

1–3 years of experience in a similar role (F&B, wine industry, or premium service experience preferred).

Professional appearance and confident demeanor.

Passion for wine and basic wine knowledge is required.

Excellent communication and networking skills.
-
Self-confident, ambitious, and eager to face challenges in a competitive market.

Positive attitude, able to work under pressure, and result-oriented.

Outgoing, energetic, and cheerful personality.
-
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).

Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Attractive compensation package including base salary, allowances, and KPI-based bonuses.

Base salary: From 25 million – 35 million VND/month + bonus (depending on experience and capabilities).

Probation period: 2 months.

Full participation in Social Insurance as per Vietnamese labor law.
