Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive located in Hanoi. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers with their wine selections, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include handling sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and participating in promotional activities, event to increase brand awareness and sales.

Location: 62 Yen Phu Street, Yen Phu Ward, Tay Ho, Hanoi.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Male or Female, aged 22–35, with a presentable appearance.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Preference for candidates with experience in sales, events, or marketing.
• Experience in Retail Sales and Sales skills
• Knowledge or passion for wines is a plus (additional training provided).
• Previous experience in the wine industry is advantageous
