We're Hiring! Beauty Care BD Manager – Dealer Channel

? Location: Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City

Are you passionate about the beauty care industry and ready to take the lead in driving dealer channel growth? We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in Vietnam, with placements available in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage local dealer channels in line with the company's sales targets and market strategies.
• Responsible for selecting, negotiating, signing, and maintaining dealer relationships, while also building an effective dealer management system.
• Regularly visit dealers to provide market and sales support and enhance product coverage in the area.
• Monitor and analyze market and competitor information to develop suitable sales strategies and plans.
• Manage dealer sales performance by tracking data, ensuring smooth operations, optimizing payment processes, controlling costs, and minimizing risks.
• Support the implementation of brand promotion activities in the local market.
• Lead and develop the team to achieve common business goals.

Requirements

• Strong English or Chinese communication skills – Required
• Solid background in the beauty care industry – Required
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with 3+ years in dealer/distributor channel management
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset
• Strategic thinker with strong data analysis and market adaptation capabilities
• Confident leader and team player who motivates and drives performance

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM

Lunch Break: 1 hour 30 minutes
