Well, my absolute favorite type of climate has got to be the cool climate, hands down. You know, the kind where it’s not too cold that you’re shivering, but just cool enough that a light sweater or a cozy scarf does the trick. I find it really refreshing, especially after a long, sweltering summer.
I grew up where the autumn and early spring perfectly capture that cool climate. The crisp, invigorating air during these seasons makes it ideal for outdoor activities. I particularly enjoy jogging or taking long walks in the park when it's cool. The chilly breeze energizes you, bringing a unique freshness that’s unparalleled in other seasons.
Also, cool weather is just fantastic for layering clothes, which I think is great for fashion. You get to wear stylish boots, trendy jackets, and use colorful scarves.
And let’s not forget the social aspect! It’s the perfect weather for gathering around a fire pit with friends, roasting marshmallows, and sharing stories. There’s something about the cool weather that brings people together, creating a cozy, communal vibe that’s just unmatched.
So, yeah, a cool climate is definitely my cup of tea. It’s just invigorating, stylish, and socially engaging—all rolled into one.

Ngoài ra, thời tiết mát mẻ là điều kiện tuyệt vời để mặc nhiều lớp quần áo, điều mà tôi nghĩ rất hợp thời trang. Bạn có thể đi những đôi bốt sành điệu, áo khoác hợp thời trang và sử dụng những chiếc khăn quàng cổ đầy màu sắc.
Và đừng quên khía cạnh xã hội của nó! Đây là thời tiết hoàn hảo để tụ tập quanh đống lửa với bạn bè, nướng kẹo dẻo và chia sẻ những câu chuyện cùng nhau. Một điều gì đó về thời tiết mát mẻ đã gắn kết mọi người lại với nhau, tạo ra một bầu không khí chung ấm cúng không gì sánh được.
Vì vậy, khí hậu mát mẻ chắc chắn là thứ tôi thích. Nó đã tiếp thêm sinh lực, phong cách và hấp dẫn về mặt xã hội - tất cả yếu tố đó hòa làm một.
Having lived in Ho Chi Minh City for a while now, I can confidently say that my favorite type of weather is the dry season, which usually stretches from December all the way to April .
So, when this weather arrives, I like to go around the city with my friends and take advantage of the beautiful days. For instance, we often visit local attractions like the Saigon Zoo or take a leisurely stroll along Nguyen Hue Walking Street, something that would be impossible during the rainy season. The dry climate is also a perfect time for foodies like me to sit outside and enjoy specialty dishes like pho, banh mi, and fresh fruit smoothies without worrying about sudden downpours .
What’s even better about this season is that I can sometimes treat myself to weekend vacations at Vung Tau or the Mekong Delta. You know, the sunny weather allows me to freely engage in outdoor activities , from chilling on the beach to taking a boat ride through the rivers and canals.
Honestly, the biggest reason why I love the dry season in Ho Chi Minh City so much is because it allows me to immerse myself in all my leisure pursuits . Whether it’s strolling around the city, enjoying food, or taking short trips to nearby attractions, the clear skies and warm temperatures just make everything feel more lively and energetic. Although some local residents may argue that rainy days are preferable for their sense of relaxation and coolness , the dry season will always be the best for an active person like me.

I don’t have a particular favorite kind of weather, it really depends on my mood, but if I have to pick then the kind of weather that I have the fondest memory with is when it’s snowing.
I experienced it for the first time around 3 - 4 years ago, when I first moved to Denmark. It was late February if I remember correctly. My roommate told me that I arrived kinda too late for snow, and that I have to wait until next winter. But then one very cold night, when I was having a glass of wine in my backyard, I suddenly noticed that there were some white flakes in my glass. At first, I even thought that it was my dandruff, but when I looked up, it was snowing. I was so overwhelmed with joy I almost threw the glass away. It may sound very cliched but I really twirled round and round, with my mouth wide open, and of course when the snow was thick enough, I even laid down and made a snow angel. It was wonderful.
Honestly speaking, of course there are certain things I hated about snow. It is mind-numbingly cold when it snows, and in my city it even reached -25 degrees. Not to mention the streets are so muddy and slippery when the snow melts, and I stopped keeping track of how many times I slipped and fell on my butt. But then again, there are also so many things to adore about that weather. I just love waking up in the middle of the night to see everything covered with a blanket of fresh snow. It felt so serene, and I’d even be careful not to make any noise because I was afraid that just the slightest movement would ruin that moment. And not to romanticize alcoholism, but I also can’t forget the feeling of walking under heavy snowfall and having strong liquor in my veins, it felt like I'm a firefly radiating heat and drifting through an ocean of white, it is something I think every adult should try once in their lives.
Now that I have come back to a tropical country that is Vietnam, I miss the snow a lot, but I think it’s not only the weather that I miss, but also the memories of younger days.
