Job Purpose Or Summary
In this role as the Head of Product, you will significantly impact the organization through strategic leadership and innovative product management. By spearheading the development and execution of the product strategy, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of the business. Your ability to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize market insights will be pivotal in delivering a scalable and market-leading product. Additionally, your leadership and mentorship will foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the product team.
Main Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the product strategies and ensure alignment of product strategies with business objectives; Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization, development, to launch, and post-launch optimization; Establish and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market demands and customer needs.
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and mentorship to the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
- Market Analysis: Utilize market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to drive product enhancements and new feature development.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and Business Development, to deliver a scalable and market-leading product.
- Performance Tracking: Set and track key performance indicators for product success, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and growth
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Professional major: BA, Computer Science or Relevant education
2nd language ability: Good at English
Related Experiences
- At least 5 years of experience working as a head of product or similar role
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational processes
- Familiarity with the technologies and platforms used in the product development process
- Proven experience in delivering scalable products, with a track record of successful product launches and optimizations
- Solid knowledge and experience in data analysis to interpret product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and grow a high-performing product team.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate market trends and user needs into actionable product plans.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
