• Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
• Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.
• Writing customized programs and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications.
• Designing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
• Installing ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
• Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
• Providing technical support and training ERP end-users.
• Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.
• Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Updating and managing ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
• Analyzing data processing modules and identifying areas of enhancements and improvements.
• Providing procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
• Working with business owners and managers, end-users, and technicians to help implement the ERP system, including creating reports and analyzing data.
• Designing Jet reports for business requirements.
• Working closely with ERP consultants of NVW and HO to find the best solution for business and maintain the system running smoothly.
• Monthly closing ERP, running the Jet reports, cleaning data on time.
• Providing and managing the right permission for each user. Review permission monthly and update on time when changing user position or business in charge.
• Other tasks will be assigned by the Group Finance Manager.
