• Assisting to solve day-to-day technical finance requests for purchase orders, selling price, marketing budgets, etc. in the interest of the organization.
• Ensuring the Company's financial reports must be accurate, and all transactions must be recorded and accounted for.
• Obtaining financial data from several sources, such as incurred expenses in a month and a day.
• Checking and updating financial and management reports.
• Compiling financial and management reports, supervising month-end processes, and ensuring meeting deadlines through the staff.
• Preparing consolidated reports, financial and management statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Analyzing financial and management package reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties.
• Drafting strategy business plan, budgets, and re-forecast.
• Managing and monitoring the cash requirement, cash flow planning, and Budget tracking.
• Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
• Checking and signing off on purchase orders and marketing budget.
• Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.
• Supporting and supervising the CAs/GAs to ensure the department runs smoothly and meets the deadlines.
• Monitoring and tracking regulatory news and developments, analyzing their impact on the industry & business of the company to support managers and the BOD in the management decisions relating to company business and tax compliance.
• Communicating and negotiating with external parties (ex: regulators / local authorities, auditors, etc.).
• Other tasks will be assigned by Group Finance Manager.
