We are looking for Digitization Service Analyst who will work closely with both engineering, legal and digitization operation teams to take part in various production phases of Anduin Fund Subscription and Fund Operation products (https://fundsub.io).

Job Responsibilities:

• Digitizing subscription documents in the private investment sector, including but not limited to:
• Carefully analyzing subscription documents to decide critical and optimal logic needed for digitization work;
• Using Anduin’s platform and toolings to digitize subscription documents;
• Efficiently coordinating with technology engineers to implement the logic for the subscription documents and with other cross-functional teams to handle customer’s requests;
• Partially involved in the logic implementation and testing of the digitized subscription documents to ensure the quality before delivery.
• Efficiently communicating with customers to identify their expectations and obtain necessary confirmation for digitization work;
• Aligning with the company and team goals, and adapting to changes in technology and processes.
• Additional duties will be added, appropriate to the skills and abilities of the employee.

• Excellent at English reading comprehension and communication (MUST)
• Logical thinking with good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Agility and willingness to learn and adapt to changes
• Highly responsible and hard-working
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain work quality during high-demand seasons
• Excellent time management & detail-oriented skills
• STEM background is a plus
