Salary range for the position: $1500-$2500

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Cong Hoa Office. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. Daily tasks include managing hiring processes, developing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, handling employee grievances, and coordinating staff training programs. The role requires effective communication with various departments and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management position
• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Experience in strategic planning and development programs (Training and Development)
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Legal Compliance
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle Employee Grievances and Dispute Resolution
• Familiarity with HR Software and Systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
