Main responsibilities:

Assist Marketing Department in reviewing the content&039;s legality and deal with authorized issues.
Write documents for company&039;s internal Wiki legal system.
Provide legal advice to clients; corresponding with them and explaining complex legal matters.
Organize training courses about legal updates for related departments.
Other tasks assigned by Leader/Manager.
Draft & review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, company&039;s internal policies,...
Research & continuously update new laws, new regulations from around 20 countries.
Supervise, train, and manage a team of junior colleagues to ensure daily operation tasks are delivered promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Fluent in English.
A positive, can- do attitude and willingness to learn.
Comprehensive reading, analytical, presentation skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Law, preferably in International Law.
At least 3 years of working experience in relevant positions.
