KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. IT Application development & maintenance
- Identify and develop new sales and marketing channels
- Design, create, review, analyze and modify IT systems. The tasks includes but not limited to encoding, testing, debugging and installing organization's software applications
- Study new IT solution to meet user demands
2. Reporting & data management
- Create and maintain database for appropriate applications & managerial reporting
- Administer, maintain and develop policies and procedures to ensure security and integrity of the company database
- Run and testing report, check the data monthly, quarterly or as requirements
- System testing and contact with provider if error happened
- Update data due to system errors or wrong input from user
- Export data and create new reports that required Client Servicing & Retention
3. End-user Support / Helpdesk/ Others
- Provide daily support to end users on a variety of issues related to IT applications
- Identify, research and resolve IT technical problems
- Other tasks assigned by competent management levels.- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields. Basic knowledge & skills on IT: Software structure, data structure, technologies / applications / IT platforms.
- At least 2 years of experience in application Support and Testing
- Aptitude for, and interest in, attaining an extensive knowledge of applications, business processes, and end user needs
- Having knowledge on Software development and Testing process
- Knowledge of insurance business
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good English (both oral and written).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients.
