Mô tả công việc
The Admin Executive provides administrative support to Pricing & Tender teams by preparing tariff reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as client & vendor registrations, updating commercial reports.
The Executive is responsible for performing certain duties like act as a liaison for the BD & Pricing/Tender teams take messages, record, type and distribute meeting minutes, conduct research in areas of interest for the business.
Commercial Admin Support Role
- Support Pricing/ Tender Team on data entry for pricing RFQs.
- Be able to analyze numerical data, understand components and relationships, find patterns, and draw conclusions.
- Updating rates and information regularly within BLA network of offices & network agents in Asia.
- Act as a liaison to enhance the overall customer experience for customers.
Administrative Role
- Updates and maintains a library of documents and quotes for future business needs.
- Ensures that billing instructions and relevant job confirmations (through POs & SOs) are updated on SharePoint.
- Track Master Service Agreements' validities and calls out for renewal discussions.
- Work alongside with Business Development Team in developing the pricing action & setup for new services/solutions for organic growth.
- Filling and updating of application submission for client with sharpness and meticulous
Vendor Management Role
- Maintain and updated vendors tariff for recognized upcoming activities.
- Request up to date tariffs with existing vendors and establishes better performance standards.
- Pricing negotiations with vendors relating to multi-modal transport.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Preferably at least 2 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, international trade or transport
- Minimum Diploma
- Must have experience with Windows based programs and advance Microsoft Excel skills a huge plus.
- Must be organized, positive & patient.
- Review work with accuracy & has an eye on numerical data.
