I. Job Descriptions

  • Corporate Learning & Development Management:
  • Implementing training needs analysis, planning, conducting and following up after training in order to strengthen employees’ soft-skills based on Competency Framework, Performance Assessment and
  • Organization Development needs.
  • Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
  • Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
  • Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
  • Onboarding Program:
  • Deliver a tailored Employee Onboarding program that embodies Y4A’s culture and equip new hire with full overview of company and related functional department.
  • Career Planning Management:
  • Develop and manage the career planning program. Create and update primary and auxiliary career progression paths. Arrange career planning sessions with employees.
  • Succession Planning Management:
  • Develop and manage the succession planning program. Update succession plans, arrange succession interviews and analyze performance.
  • E-learning
  • Develop learning contents and follow up activities on e-learning platform, keep it updated and interactive.
  • Administration:
  • Vendor management
  • Monitor training cost to ensure budget is not exceeded
  • Provide assistance and administrative support in the planning, organization and implementation of training
  • Oversee the logistics and administration of the training events
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Engagement activities:
  • Participate in HR projects which support enhancing company values, branding and engagement Develop and deliver the organization’s internal communication to promote employee satisfaction & increase levels of employee engagement.

Ii. Requirements

  • Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Hospitality, Economy or equivalent.
  • Skills
  • Current knowledge of effective training & development methods
  • Vietnamese and English proficiency
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and translation skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Proactive and open minded. Service mindset
  • Hands on and can do attitude
  • Passionate about continuous learning
  • Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented.
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skill
  • Experience
  • At least 3 to 5 years in Training & Development or equivalent
  • Preferably experienced employee specialized in ecommerce or equivalent

Lịch sử thành lập

2019: Tăng vốn điều lệ thành 50 tỷ đồng.

2007: Xây dựng Nhà máy công suất lớn tại Dĩ An, Bình Dương. Chính thức lấy tên Công ty Cổ phần Bao bì Bình Minh. Công suất: 10 tấn sản phẩm/ngày.

2004: Thành lập Công ty Thịnh Dương, tiền thân của Công ty Cổ phần Bao bì Bình Minh.

01/2020: Khánh thành và chính thức vận hành Nhà máy 3, tổng công suất lên tới 35 tấn/ngày.
