- Advising on the structuring and implementation of a broad range of fintech/lending/payment solutions, and conducting related legal research. This ensures that solutions are implemented legally in an open challenging regulatory environment;
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of contracts, including customer-facing terms, partnership agreements, marketing and technology agreements, supply agreements, and intellectual property licensing agreements;
- Providing day-to-day legal support and advice on operational matters, including advising on issues relating to intermediary payment/payment, lending, intellectual property, consumer protection, data privacy, IT security, payments, and counterparty disputes;
- Assisting with operating license applications and regulatory filings, and in dealing with regulators for licensing (ERC, IRC, relevant approvals/license);
- Supporting the implementation of Group-wide legal compliance programs, policies, procedures, and guidelines.1. Basic requirements: Language: Proficient in English.
2. Qualifications:
- Education qualification: Bachelor's Degree, lawyer praticing certficate is a plus
- Experience:
○ Hands-on at least 5 years experience;
○ Experience in Fintech, Lending, banking & finance services industry;
○ Good knowledge of commercial law especially the law of contract, the law on enterprise;
○ Experience in an international law firm is an advantage;
○ Very good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken);
○ Proactive work behavior, and enthusiasm to reach goals;
○ Acquittance with ERC/IRC/other registration, amendment process;
○ Ability to work in a professional manner in a high-pressure environment.

○ Salary increment and bonus basing on OKRs mid-year and year-end review.
