ROLE MISSION
As an Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), you will manage all vendors in South Asia Region & will be responsible for all company’s global manufacturing plants. By liaising and coordinating with Global Functional Departments (Operation Quality, Production, Sourcing, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D,…) the major roles are not only Sourcing/ Supplier scouting, supplier’s performance management & supplier’s evaluation/ qualification, but also day-to-day quality issues troubleshooting in order to support Manufacturing Plants worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in or Electric-Electronics engineering, Mechatronics engineering, Mechanical Industrial engineering, Automation technology.
Language: good command in English, both writing & verbal communication

As an Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), you will manage all vendors in South Asia Region & will be responsible for all company’s global manufacturing plants. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supplier Quality Engineering:
- Supplier quality routine: Day-to-day jobs to resolve the quality issues with suppliers.
- VCAR (Vendor Corrective Action Request) management: Follow the process flow to work with internal production team and suppliers to process & close the VCAR/ 8D report.
- Monitor and maintain Claim Rating, PPM & VCAR/ Cost of poor quality (COPQ).
- Periodic audit/ visit suppliers to check their process capability & QMS; maintain & improve supplier performance; maintain & build the relationship with suppliers.
- Develop suppliers technical, quality and process capabilities, drive technical scouting of new suppliers and new technologies.
- Developing new suppliers, search & select/ qualify suppliers in Vietnam & South Asia Countries.
- Qualification new materials: follow the qualification process & PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) implement with suppliers; liaise with Commodity Managers, Q&R, Operation Quality, Manufacturing Engineering & R&D to complete & close the qualification process.
- PPAP implementation: Be responsible for the PPAP implement process in all regions: EU, US, North Asia and South Asia.
- Working closely with R&D and Global Project Buyer & Sourcing team to support for New Product Development or localization projects.
- Weekly/ monthly, internal/ external reports: Claim Rating, PPM, VCAR, PPAP, COPQ, Personal projects, hot issues with local team and global team.
- Golden samples & document control: Manage golden samples warehouse, send golden samples & Part Submission Warrant (PSW) to suppliers.
- VN localization support: Support to collect localization updates from all Asia CMs and SQEs.
- Perform special projects or assignments as required by management
Education: Bachelor’s degree in or Electric-Electronics engineering, Mechatronics engineering, Mechanical Industrial engineering, Automation technology.
Language: good command in English, both writing & verbal communication

- Have experience in using ERP/ SAP is a plus
- Good knowledge in technical drawing, plastic injection & metal manufacturing processes.
- Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, CAD (Creo/ Windchill is a plus).
- Good command in English (both writing and speaking).
- Good knowledge in ISO 9001, 8D Disciplines, Problem solving, Process control, SPC & FMEA. PPAP is a plus.
- Have experience in Audit Supplier is a plus.
- Have experience in Plastic Injection Molding or Metal Stamping, Alu Die Casting

Công Ty Cổ Phần Bột - Thực Phẩm Tài Ký tiền thân là "Cơ Sở Bột Năng Tài Ký" với Logo "Sư Tử Bay" được thành lập năm 1976. Trong suốt chặng đường phát triển sản xuất và quá trình tự khẳng định mình với thị trường trong và ngoài nước, Công Ty Cổ Phần Bột Thực Phẩm Tài Ký chính thức thành lập ngày 10/12/2004.
Văn phòng Công ty tọa lạc tại: số 435 Quốc lộ 13, Phường Hiệp Bình Phước, Quận Thủ Đức, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
Năm 2008 Nhà máy sản xuất tại 297 / A đường Hồ Văn Tắng, Ấp Cây Da, xã Tân Phú Trung, Huyện Củ Chi, Tp. Hồ Chí Minh được xây dựng mới trên khuôn viên rộng 10.600 m2 nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu tăng cao về sản phẩm bột mang thương hiệu Tài Ký như: bột Bánh xèo, Bột Chiên gin, bột Chiên tôm, bột Tẩm Chiên, Bột giòn, Bột Năng, bột Nếp, bột Gạo, bột Há cảo, bột Bánh cuốn, Bột Béo...
Năng lực sản xuất bình quân 30 tấn bột mỗi ngày. Với hơn 200 cán bộ công nhân viên được đào tạo và huấn luyện chuyên nghiệp, luôn cập nhật mới kiến thức về các công nghệ tiên tiến nhất. Với thiết bị máy móc thiết bị hiện đại và công nghệ tiên tiến của Đức, Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc công ty đã sản xuất ra nhiều loại bột chế biến sẳn với chất lượng ngày càng cao và đa dạng hóa sản phẩm đáp ứng mọi nhu cầu thị hiếu khác nhau của khách hàng.
