Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and design documents to develop test plans and test cases.

Perform functional, interface, performance, regression, and security testing.

Draft and update testing documentation, including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Summary Reports.

Write software user manuals and end-user training materials.

Collaborate with BA, Dev, and deployment teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and thorough test preparation.

Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions on testing for other QA/QC team members.

Support the deployment team in verifying software quality in staging or production environments before client handover.

Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Knowledge of software development processes and test documentation.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing.

Preference for experience in automation testing and CI/CD.

Experience using GitLab.
