We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Content Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will create high-quality articles and email marketing flows. Your understanding of our products and ability to create clear, persuasive content will be key to increasing customer engagement and promoting product use.

Responsibilities

• Create well-researched and compelling SEO-focused & insightful articles for both visitors and current users to drive engagement and product adoption.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to create an informative and persuasive article highlighting the features and benefits.
• Craft email marketing flows tailored for current users, including onboarding sequences, product launch updates, etc
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with product promotions and user retention goals.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of blog content, email campaigns, and in-app touchpoints using analytics tools to refine strategies and improve results.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS >= 7.0, no certificate required).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and deeply understand our products and effectively communicate their value through written content.
• Strong research skill.
• Knowledge of SEO & content building research is an advantage.
