Partnership & Community Specialist

Secomus is a SaaS company specializing in e-commerce. We have been developing products on the Shopify platform to please hundreds of thousands of customers from the USA, Canada, and Europe. Secomus always welcomes all potential candidates with attractive compensation and benefits. We seek a dynamic and thoughtful UX designer candidate for our product team. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer interactions, identifying pain points, conducting user interviews, and optimizing user flow to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience.

[1] Job Description:

• Identify the right partners and build the relationship & collaboration with partners (international partners, mainly in US, Canada and Europe) with practical action plan, data analytics-based to achieve business goal.
• Maintain relationships and work closely with both new and existing partners for co-campaign/promotion.
• Create useful and compelling content for guest blog and other content for partnership activities. 
• Data analyze and conduct pros and cons of partners management, coordinating to provide solutions.
• Research and develop campaigns that drive traffic, improve customer engagement, leads and sales.
• Build brand image on social media, forum and relevant communities.

[2] Requirement:

• Proficiency in the English language is key (IELTS overall score must be above or equal to 6.5).
• Knowledge of Japanese is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in partnership development is highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media content creation and familiarity with communication channels is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong research skills.
• Excellent oral and written presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce creative pieces.
• Ability to manage yourself, but also work within a team. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must be enthusiastic, organized, and adaptable to change.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
