What You'll Do:

Solution Consulting Responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer needs to recommend the most suitable software solutions.

• Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team to ensure accurate understanding and effective implementation of requirements.

• Participate directly in product demos, present software solutions, and support the sales process.

• Follow up and support customers throughout the software implementation and usage phases to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.

Technical Support & User Experience

• Participate in testing, experiencing, and giving feedback for product improvements (software, web apps, mobile apps).

• Guide customers in using the company’s products and services, handle minor issues, and coordinate with the technical team when needed.

• Ensure customers receive consistent support from the consulting phase through post-sales service.

Data Analysis & Solution Recommendations

• Analyze data from the system to generate reports and propose improvements to enhance software efficiency.

• Support the development of dashboards and periodic reports for both clients and internal teams.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Who you are

• Experience in software, web/app development, or having worked with IT-related products is a strong advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with clients on solution implementation, or 3+ years in deploying and supporting software for clients

• Strong communication and client consultation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Proven experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates with experience in HR management software, inventory management systems, or field operation tools are highly preferred.

• Hands-on involvement in the development, testing, or implementation of IT web/app systems for clients is a strong plus.

• Passionate about technology and able to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
