Mô Tả Công Việc

The Strategy and Business Intelligence Analyst is a critical role within the CME Solar, focused on leveraging data and insights to fine-tune strategies and drive business development efforts. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the trajectory of the company by offering analytical support that influences decision-making at the highest levels.

1. Business Intelligence
• Develop and maintain business intelligence tools, databases, and reporting systems to ensure optimal data storage and retrieval.
• Leverage data analytics and statistical methods to derive insights and identify business opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify potential impacts and opportunities for the business.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing findings and providing recommendations.

2. Business Development
• Identify potential partnerships and investment opportunities.
• Develop and standardize Sales and Business Development process and KPIs.
• Monitor monthly Business Development performance to provide strategic support for different markets (local and international).

3. Strategic Analysis and Planning
• Assist in developing and refining the group's strategic objectives and initiatives based on in-depth market research and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive business intelligence framework that aligns with the company's goals and vision.

Related Skills/ Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and transform insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
