We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Specialist. If you have a passion for optimizing supply chain operations, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful project delivery, we want to hear from you. Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence in logistics projects.

• SET UP 3PL LOGISTICS

Prepare and manage information for new 3PL partners, including legal, accounting, and customer service requirements.

Develop and implement workflows for 3PL operations to ensure seamless integration and efficient processes.

• PROJECT COORDINATION

Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time completion. Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and logistics partners.

• Process Documentation

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of logistics workflows and processes.

Ensure that all procedures and protocols are up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.

• System Integration Support

Coordinate the integration of logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS) with current processes.

Test system functionalities and provide feedback to the technical teams to ensure seamless integration.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system implementation and operations.

• Vendor and Partner Coordination

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure successful system rollouts and implementation.Ensure vendors adhere to project timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).Monitor vendor performance and coordinate necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of logistics implementations. Compile and present data to leadership teams on project progress, risks, and areas for improvement. Continuously evaluate processes and provide recommendations for optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administrator or related majors.

• High attention to detail 

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments for mutual deadlines

• Ability to manage multiple priorities through the day

• Around 1-2 years of working experience 

• Be able to work in team and coordinate with other departments

• Pursue good communications, problem-solving and time-management skills
