We&039;re looking for a potential candidate who is willing for managing and monitoring Delivery team to catch the business plan, details as below:
Control Purchasing activities (domestics & oversea material orders and delivery schedule)
- Check documents of customs clearance of import shipments
- Check and confirm list of transit goods and invoice list before closing period with Accounting department
- Weekly check material shortage for production plan adjustment
- Check payment documents for oversea suppliers and forwarders
- Cooperate with Warehouse for material delivery and layout arrangement
Managing KPI of Delivery team:
- Make BP plan of material inventory and forecast monthly inventory and give action plan for unachieved inventory KPI
- Training and support staffs with issues related to Purchasing and Delivery
- Prepare data, documents and participate in audits (if any)

- Willing to work under high pressure and challenging environment
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import- Export, Logistics,...
- Excellent English and able to use Japanese is a big plus
