Position Summary
As an Education and Career Counselor at GPA Vietnam, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and empowering students aged 12-18 through crucial stages of personal and academic growth. You will inspire students to realize their full potential, navigate career aspirations, and successfully apply to top international universities. This role blends expert coaching with strategic planning to cultivate both academic excellence and holistic personal development, preparing students to excel in a global educational landscape.
Responsibilities
You will:
• Develop personalized educational pathways using GPA's innovative curriculum and proven coaching methodologies.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to tailor bespoke development plans, collaborating closely with students and their families to set achievable goals.
• Provide expert career counseling, equipping students with essential soft skills and guiding them in community engagement and leadership initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize student progress, delivering regular reports to stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and achievement.
• Facilitate engaging workshops and meticulously research admission criteria and scholarship opportunities to maximize student success.
• Foster collaborative relationships with admission committees and educational partners, ensuring seamless application processes and favorable outcomes.
• Support administrative duties integral to effective counseling operations, ensuring all student records and documentation are meticulously maintained.Benefits

Competency Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, or relevant fields. Additional certifications in Career Education and Counseling are advantageous.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in higher education admissions and career counseling, preferably with secondary and high school students.
3. Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, adept problem-solving skills, strong teamwork capabilities, meticulous planning acumen, and proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
4. Characteristics: Demonstrated open-mindedness, active listening prowess, keen attention to detail, visionary outlook, proactive attitude, and a positive approach to life and work.Thưởng
