As a Back- End Developer, you will play a vital role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our products, with a focus on back- end technologies and database solutions

Recommend systems solutions by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of custom development and open- source solutions.
Collaborate with the product/development team to translate stakeholder’s requirements into efficient and practical technical solutions.
Think out of the box, innovate, experiment, continuously improve, fail fast, and learn as you go to provide simple yet effective solutions to complex problems
Optimize APIs for performance and scalability.
Focus on results, with strong planning skills to meet project timelines
Write and maintain technical documents

2+ years of hands on development experience as a Backend Engineer
Have good grip on Object Oriented Programming and Functional Programming
Good understanding of RESTful web services, experience in building Rest API
Solid experience in software development using Node.js (NestJS)
Experience with SQL DB (Postgres), NoSQL DB(MongoDB), Cache (Redis), MQ (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
High sense of responsibility, communication skills, and team spirit
Have experiences with Realtime (Socket.io (, DB Search Engine (ElasticSearch) is a plus
Experience with CI/CD is an advantage
Experience working with docker/container and container orchestration is an advantage
Good understanding of Microservices
Experience in Git
