Job Description:

• Participate in the development and execution of the company’s professional creative design projects.
• Design materials tailored to the company’s operations and in support of various programs.
• Stay updated on current and emerging design trends to optimize advertising, promotional, and event materials (such as Logos, Banners, Backdrops, Leaflets, Brochures, Invitations, etc.).
• Ensure design quality standards are met and adhere to the team’s workflow process.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to conceptualize ideas and design products aligned with each program's requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Agency experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to realize ideas effectively.
• Good aesthetic judgment in layout and color.
• Ability to work in a team and perform under pressure, with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Willing to work overtime for urgent events.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Confident, courteous, and respectful in interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Basic English communication skills.
