The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping strategic directions for client campaigns, ensuring impactful and data-driven marketing solutions. You will analyze market trends, consumer insights, and brand positioning to develop effective communication strategies across multiple channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a client-centric approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing overall strategies and brand strategies according to client requirements.
• Research, analyze, and update market research information for different industries and brands to support the development of comprehensive strategies.
• Meet with clients to understand brand foundations, analyze competitors, target customers, brand strengths, and weaknesses to propose suitable strategies.
• Provide direct consulting to clients during bidding and project implementation when necessary.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information and data for completing strategic proposals.
• Work with related teams to propose implementation plans for clients and oversee execution to ensure alignment with the overall strategy.

Qualification

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably candidates with experience in branding agencies or advertising agencies)
• Strong market analysis skills
• Strategic thinking in branding, products, and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, team management, and project management skills
• Proficiency in writing, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations
• Ability to handle high-pressure projects and challenges
• Stable career mindset, self-learning ability, and eagerness to expand knowledge and skills
• Fluent in English
