JOB PURPOSE: Product Specialist is responsible for product development, medical marketing for product management and providing the relevant disease knowledge, product knowledge training for other departments as well as on fields support for sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product development: Ability to provide insights from stakeholders to support Product Manager/ Sale Manager to develop product portfolios & pipeline to catch up business opportunities in the market and drive the implementation.
• Medical marketing/Product management: Ability to work with cross-functional team (especially sales force) to drive the execution of medical marketing plan effectively.
• KOLs management: Develop KOLs management plan and drive the implementation to support medical marketing plan execution.
• Training: Building the comprehensive medical marketing training plan, delivering the training sessions and tracking the impacts
• In-field support: To conduct the KOL management plan, product management as well as support other cross-functional team in the context of medical marketing.
• Enterprise leadership: Demonstrate good behaviors in align with company's core values through leading by examples.
• Compliance: Follow company's code of conduct and drive the compliance culture within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 1-2 years’ experience as a Product Specialist/ Product Marketing

Skills Required:

• Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversational & writing)
• Problem solving-skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Training skills
• Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
