Lead the Comprehensive Strategic Process
Take responsibility for the entire process, from receiving the brief, developing the strategy, presenting, to monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the strategy.
Collaborate closely with departments to ensure the process is executed effectively, optimizing the outcomes.
Expertise in Multi- Platform Communication
Provide strategic consulting to both internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and success.
Leverage expertise in digital platforms and social media to drive brand growth and business performance.
Build Strategic Partnerships
Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with clients and strategic partners: media, market research, technology, publishers, communication platforms, etc.
Manage and Develop the Team
Support team members in developing their skills while ensuring individual and team goals are met.
Inspire, guide, and effectively manage a small team of 1- 2 junior planners (or interns).
Identify and Develop Business Opportunities
Proactively seek and capitalize on new business opportunities within the current client portfolio.
Propose growth solutions for accounts, expanding opportunities for collaboration and new business development.

At least 5 years of experience
Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
Excel at the use of Digital and Social platforms to drive both Brand & Commercial Growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong budget management skills.
Master fundamental marketing knowledge, Brand/ Communication strategy, Digital/ Social planning with a passion for impactful digital solutions.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
