● Enter prices and item descriptions into the quotation system (Navision) following established guidelines and procedures.
● Propose alternative items for customers when necessary, based on personal knowledge and product descriptions.
● Ensure all information in the quotation is accurate and complete, including item descriptions, inventory information, and technical specifications.
● Review orders and gather all necessary information related to available items and customer- requested items to create accurate quotations.

● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadline
● Basic proficiency in office software (Excel) and fast computer operation.
● Attention to detail and precision to serve the need for accurately quoting products.
● Ability to gather and synthesize information effectively to have knowledge of items in the system and requested items.
● English fluent
