Job Description

• Perform checks and verify revenue from online sales channels.
• Reconcile revenue and receivable data with relevant departments and customers to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor inventory and update daily stock movement records.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory data matches the accounting records.
• Prepare sales reconciliation reports, customer receivables reports, and other related reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
• Verify expenses incurred in relation to sales and shipping, and reconcile them with the relevant departments.
• Ensure all expenses are recorded accurately and paid on time.
• Work closely with departments such as warehouse, sales, and customer service to address any issues arising during the reconciliation process.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from college or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in reconciliation accounting or sales accounting positions.
• Candidates with experience in the Retail or E-commerce industry are preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and office computer skills, especially Excel.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work in high-pressure environments to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, with strong data analysis and communication skills.
