Mô tả công việc

Analyze business and system requirements, design test cases, execute test scenarios, and report software bugs;
Participate in functional, performance, and UI testing;
Prepare test documentation (Test Plans, Test Reports) and collaborate with developers to ensure product quality;
Contribute ideas to improve testing processes and overall product quality;
Participate in project meetings and work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.

Knowledge & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing;
Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle and test case design techniques;Proficient in working with databases and SQL;
Experience with testing tools such as JMeter, Selenium, etc., and familiarity with performance and security testing;
Ability to manage and report on the testing process, software quality, and test results;
Basic knowledge of at least one programming language is an advantage;
Experience in automation testing, particularly with Playwright, is a plus;
Good communication skills in English is a strong advantage;
Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based projects;
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility;
Good teamwork and proactive communication skills.
