Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for spa services and staff. Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and special promotions. Maintain inventory of office supplies and spa products, and place orders when necessary. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of spa facilities. Provide support to spa management and staff as needed.University degree or equivalent; Additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are an advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not required. Good conversational English.
