1. Administration - Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members - Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management - Travel logistic arrangement for staff & guests (ticket, hotel, allowance, restaurants, gifts...) - Support purchasing of office stationaries & office supplies 2. HR - Forecast workforce needs. Make an annual headcount plan. - Manage the recruit cycle: sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating qualified job candidates. - Oversees HR and organizational programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. - Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through various HR initiatives. - Develop and deliver learning and development activities that close gaps in employees' competencies and skills. - Coordinate with other departments for training arrangements for staff. - Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's practices align with them. - Prepare reports and documentation for authorities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.• Female, University degree with minimum 5 years' experience in HR & Admin roles • Good command of written and spoken English. • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.
