1. Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in contributing ideas and planning for the company's programs and activities.
• Monitor, evaluate data and report on the company's financial situation, perform data analysis (if any) as requested by the director.
• Support departments/divisions in performing work, ensuring all operations run smoothly and achieve optimal performance.
• Receive and review documents from departments and divisions and submit them to the director for approval.
• Receive information from the director and then clearly and accurately communicate with relevant departments, receive feedback from superiors.
• Take notes of meeting information, working minutes, and summarize content.
• Participate in supporting the human resources department in implementing other requests of the director.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the director

1.      Candidate requirements:

         General requirements

• 1-2 years experience required
• Good communication in English
• Graduated from business administration, economics,... or related fields
