Mô Tả Công Việc
I. Primary Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities of a sales logistics personnel typically include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and prospecting potential clients in need of logistics services through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Client Consultation: Meeting with prospective clients to understand their logistics needs and challenges and offering tailored solutions to address them.
- Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Preparing detailed quotations and proposals outlining the scope of logistics services, pricing structures, delivery timelines, and terms and conditions, in accordance with client requirements and company policies.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and service agreements with clients, discussing terms, pricing, service levels, and performance metrics to ensure mutual understanding and agreement.
- Order Processing and Management: Overseeing the processing and management of client orders, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and coordinating with internal teams (such as operations, warehousing, and transportation) to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and serving as the primary point of contact for all logistics-related matters.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends, emerging market opportunities, and competitor strategies, and leveraging this knowledge to identify new business prospects and enhance sales strategies.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Keeping abreast of developments in the logistics industry, acquiring knowledge of new technologies, regulations, and best practices, and continuously enhancing skills through training and professional development initiatives.
II. Additional Tasks:
- Research and collect data on import-export companies, and companies with purchasing needs.
- Networking: Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Female under 30 years old, with a Bachelor's degree or above in Maritime/ Transport/ Economics/ Marketing- Finance
- Minimum 2 years of international sales experience.
- TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent.
- Ability to provide business direction by analyzing market/customer data.
- Understanding of optimal logistics services for customers.
- Weekly team meetings and reporting.
- Good communication and ablity to high pressure
- Achieve profit targets as per KPIs.
- Minimum 2 years of international sales experience.
- TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent.
- Ability to provide business direction by analyzing market/customer data.
- Understanding of optimal logistics services for customers.
- Weekly team meetings and reporting.
- Good communication and ablity to high pressure
- Achieve profit targets as per KPIs.
