ROLE OVERVIEW

Business analyst (BA) is responsible for working closely with entire of departments to identify, analyze requirements and deliver to system development team through business requirement documents (BRD). This role is pivotal in a bridge to close gap between operation and system developer, ensuring that business objectives are met through effectively technology solutions to optimized process and supporting to make decision.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with departments to gather, identify, analysis, confirm, develop and manage requirements.
• Create and manage business requirement documents (BRD), system requirement specification or change request (if have) for ERP or order integrated applications.
• Create mock-up/wireframe for product to sketchup and present ideas, attach this file to documents deliver to development team.
• Working closely with developer team and tester to ensure clearly understanding requirements and solutions.
• Create backlog and keep tracking tasks on Azure platform, ensuring stages of ERP project be completed on time according roadmap.
• Training to key coordinators about key points of each function and test final round before lauching function to production.
• Able to support help desk to explain business case when enduser using system.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Graduated bachelor in information technology, industrial textile garment or relavant majors.
• At least 1 year experience in business analyst role in digital projects.
• Analysis skill.
• Problem solving.
• Elicitation techniques.
• Able to use Balsamiq, SQL or Power BI.
• English: Intermediate level
• Careful, flexible and pressure resistant..
